Returns Authorisation

Before returning any item please contact us for authorisation to do so and complete the returns form which you will be sent. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return which does not include a returns form.


Dermalogica Returns Policy

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on Dermalogica products returned for any reason. We'll gladly accept returns for any Dermalogica products purchased on which are unopened and in their original state. We will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. Should you have a skin response to your product please also contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will refund your order under these circumstances if returned  within 30 days of the PURCHASE date.


Packing the Item

Wrap the item securely and include the invoice along with your completed returns form, usually the packaging in which the item was sent can be used for its return.

Replacement or Refund

We will ask you if you would like us to replace the item (provided it is still available) or refund your card. If your item becomes faulty we will honour any guarantee offered by the manufacturer. We will only refund the delivery costs, up to the value of our out going shipping costs. Returning an Unwanted Item

You may cancel your order up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery, for a full refund. If you wish to return your item, you have 14 days to do so from the date you received your order. Please note, only goods that have not been opened or used can be returned. We do not offer refunds for items that have been opened, used or damaged. Please allow up to 30 days for your refunded. Please note the following terms.

  • We will only refund the delivery costs up to the value of our outgoing shipping costs and if the return is a result of our error.
  • We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty.
  • Unless faulty, medicines, food, personalised gifts or cosmetic products which have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Please note, we will only declare a package as being lost in transit 14 days after the latest estimated delivery time. Refunds and replacements will not be processed until such time. This is due to delays which can occur in the delivery of your package and which are outside of our control.
