Delivery Information
We make every effort to get your items to you as quickly as possible. You can choose from our range of shipping options depending on how quickly you need your items to arrive. Delivery dates are estimated after dispatch date. Please note, for all shipping methods, we cannot declare a parcel as officially lost until 14 days after the latest estimated delivery date.
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday when ordered before 12pm, we do not dispatch on weekend days Saturday and Sunday.
Covid-19 Delivery Information
In response to COVID-19, please note Life & Looks and our carriers are adhering to all regulations and guidelines provided by the government and local public health authorities to ensure the health and wellbeing of both drivers, staff and our customers.
Due to the limited air travel between EU and USA, we are experiencing transit times into the US taking up to 20 days. All carrier guidelines and measures can be found by visiting the nominated carrier website.UK (Inc NI) Delivery
We deliver most items Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 6.00pm (although some of our carriers may deliver slightly earlier or later). On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows.
International Delivery
We ship parcels worldwide on a daily basis from as little as £3.00. All of our international parcels are sent through the postal system.

Deliveries to multiple addresses
If you'd like to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address.
Who will deliver my order?
Depending on the weight and delivery method you choose for delivery, this may vary. However, we only operate with a number of experienced partners, specifically Royal Mail, DHL, Deutsche Poste and DPD.
What to do if your order hasn't arrived
Our first time delivery rate is consistently above 98%. We cannot declare a parcel as officially lost until 14 days after the latest estimated delivery date. Please see our terms and conditions for further details.
What will my parcel look like?
Our parcels are discreetly packed in unmarked packaging. We try to do our bit for the environment so use clean recycled shredded cardboard and paper to protect parcel contents.
Restrictions
Due to International Aviation Legislation, we are unable to send some products to certain destinations as they are prohibited. We are unable to send aerosols, aftershave, perfume or nail polish to any non UK or Ireland destination. For more information please contact us.
